ending of Avengers: Infinity War lays the groundwork for massive change across the MCU, but it's unclear how exactly Marvel's television series will deal with the consequences of Thanos' finger snap.

In its latest episode, mysticism with Ghost Rider around the time of Doctor Strange's release. However, now we know ABC's Marvel series will, in fact, feature even more references to the film franchise's latest release.

TVLine spoke to General Glenn Talbot portrayer Adrian Pasdar about whether the show will feature anymore references to the goings on of the big screen heroes. Although Pasdar was unable to go into specifics because he hadn't yet seen Avengers: Infinity War, he did assure fans there will be more Marvel connectivity:

Yeah, we do have stuff in the background periodically that references and ties into what's going on with Avengers: Infinity War. Yeah, they use that. They always tie in very well with what’s going on [in the movies].

Last week's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. saw Pasdar's Talbot revealed to be the death of Phil Coulson - it's unclear how the show will reference Infinity War. Plus, since Pasdar hadn't seen the movie before speaking with TVLine, it's uncertain whether he'd be able to identify all the show's connections to the film.

Still, fans of the MCU will no doubt be pleased to hear that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will include more tie-ins to Avengers: Infinity War. Perhaps the show references the battle in Wakanda (or, at least, the Black Order's ships descending on the African nation). Or, the ABC series could depict the effects of Thanos' universe-altering finger snap. However, it may reference some other aspect of the movie since it will be in the background according to Pasdar.

Since it's unclear how much potential season 6. No matter how Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ties into Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel fans are sure to keep an eye out for every single reference that keeps the MCU connected.
