As long as a Prelate is garrisoned, the Aachen Chapel inspires units in a large radius with the potential to buff more than 30 villagers in whatever tasks they're completing. This makes the Aachen Chapel a vital Landmark both early on and later in-game. The Aachen Chapel is great for most situations and should be kept close to gathering villagers.
Regnitz Cathedral is another Holy Roman Empire religious Landmark, and it brings the Holy Roman Empire to the Castle Age. Regnitz Cathedral allows the Holy Roman Empire to rival even the French Civilization in Age of Empires 4 in economic power. It's one of the best Landmarks in Age of Empires 4 because of its buffs to gold production. Every relic placed within the Regnitz Cathedral generates up to 200% gold every minute, and the Landmark can hold up to three relics. Thanks to the buffs applied from the Prelate, roughly 900 gold a minute can be produced at optimum efficiency.
The Elzbach Palace is a defensive Holy Roman Empire Landmark that ages the civilization to the Imperial Age. The Elzbach Palace acts as a keep with a 50% health bonus, and all buildings within its influence take 33% less damage. Additionally, this synergizes well with the natural Influence bonus of the Holy Roman Empire, which gives all buildings within the Influence of a town center or Keep the emergency repair ability.
