Since Adnan wanted five kids, Tigerlily didn’t object to his wishes. They had discussed having kids in their talking stage but Tigerlily was taken aback when he said he wanted five. Two months after their wedding and her return to the U.S., Tigerlily flew to Turkey to meet Adnan. They called it their baby-making trip. Tigerlily said she had traveled in her prime-time ovulation window. She had some lower abdominal pressure two weeks after coming back home. A special test which gave results about a week sooner, confirmed that Tigerlily was pregnant.

Tigerlily is yet to show her baby bump on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. However, she will have filmed her pregnancy considering the show has not reached its finale yet and fans still have to find out if Tigerlily converted to Adnan’s faith. It might take a while until fans meet the baby, but Adnan seemingly posted a picture of a newborn in November 2024, (via 90dayfiance_alexa) on his Instagram Stories which could have been his baby with Tigerlily.

Considering Tigerlily became pregnant during Thanksgiving 2023, her baby could have been born around August-September 2023. If the Tell All was filmed around that time, Tigerlily could introduce fans to her little baby at the reunion. It’s possible that cameras may have captured the baby’s birth, and it made it to the finale of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7. Clips of the Tell All have already been released (via Shabooty) and show that Adnan is present on set with Tigerlily. Tigerlily doesn’t seem heavily pregnant in the still.

It suggests that Adnan was around for the birth of their baby. Tigerlily had previously explained why Adnan couldn’t come to meet her in the U.S. before they got married. Tigerlily told a fan on Instagram about how tourist visas are really hard to get and that the process often involves waiting over a year just to get an interview. Tigerlily mentioned how, despite interviews, many applications can also get denied. She expressed disappointment at how process times for spousal visas can also vary. That’s why Tigerlily flew to Jordan instead of waiting for Adnan to come to America.

However, it didn’t take long for 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days’ star Adnan to make the U.S. Adnan has a highlight on his Instagram where he shared a Story of a Lamborghini tagged with “Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park” as the location in June 2024. Adnan also posted a different Story showing a Chevrolet Tahoe car with a ribbon on it. The Story had Adnan thanking Tigerlily for surprising him with his birthday gift. Adnan was already getting showered with love upon his arrival. It may have also been the car that serves their family of six now.
