1000-Lb Sisters star Amy was arrested on Monday at a zoo in Tennessee. She has been charged with drug possession and child endangerment.

According to Us Weekly, the news of Amy's arrest was confirmed by the Crockett County Sheriff’s Department via a Facebook post.

Amy was taken into custody after the local police were ed about a guest being bitten by a camel at the Tennessee Safari Park. When the deputies arrived to investigate the matter, they were “immediately overtaken by suspicious odors” coming from the guest’s car. Tammy was arrested and charged with “illegal possession of Schedule I, illegal possession of Schedule VI drugs,” and two counts of child endangerment. Amy was accompanied by a man named Brian Scott Lovvorn in the vehicle. He was also arrested.

It’s not known if Amy’s sons Gale and Glenn were present with her at the time of the arrest. The Facebook announcement is not accessible anymore, but the report mentions that it stated, “The charges and allegations referenced in this release are merely accusations of criminal conduct and not evidence.” Amy is going to be presumed innocent unless and until she’s been proven guilty “beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted through due process of law.” Amy and Brian were booked into the Crockett County Jail.
