Netflix has dropped the full trailer for confirmed Tires season 2 will officially hit Netflix on June 5, 2025.
The trailer for Tires season 2 sees Gillis and Gerben return as their respective characters. The two-minute clip teases that Shane will grapple with his future in the coming episodes as he contemplates whether he wants to be a manager at Valley Forge Automotive. To add further chaos to the decision, Tires season 2 will introduce Shane's father, played by guest-star Thomas Haden Church (Wings, Ned & Stacey, Spider-Man 3). Church isn't Tires only new guest star, as the trailer also teases an appearance from Wedding Crashers' Vince Vaughn:
What Thomas Haden Church & Vince Vaughn's Guest Roles Mean For Tires Season 2
The Trailer Takes A Peek At Their Roles In The Coming Episodes
The full trailer for Tires season 2 matches the tone of season 1 perfectly, indicating that the coming episodes will be more of the same brand of comedy that previously resonated with audiences. Church fits in with this seamlessly, with a wealth of experience in comedy stretching back to the 1990s. Of course, while it's a good sign that Tires season 2 is continuing what worked from the first installment, it's important that these new episodes also bring something fresh. Church can deliver in this regard since his role as Shane's raunchy and outrageous father can provide audiences a closer look at Gillis' character's past and personal relationships.

While Waiting For Tires Season 2, Watch This 30-Year-Old Comedy Movie With 90% On Rotten Tomatoes
Fans of Shane Gillis' new Netflix comedy show, Tires, can watch this acclaimed '90s cult classic with a similar premise while they wait for season 2.
Vaughn's Tires season 2 character, on the other hand, is still something of a mystery. He is seen in the trailer questioning Shane about what he wants for his future, so it can be assumed that this individual will aid in Gillis' character's personal growth as well. However, precisely who Vaughn's character is and where he came from is unclear. Similarly, there is still minimal information available regarding the roles of other Tires season 2 guest stars, which include Jon Lovitz, Veronika Slowikowska, Steph Tolev, and Ron White.
Our Take On Tires Season 2's Teased Guest Stars
Thomas Haden Church & Vince Vaughn Can Enhance What Worked About Season 1
Something that Tires season 1 really nailed was the dynamic between its characters. This is typically pivitol in workplace comedies, and there's not doubt in my mind that the unique chemistry between Gillis and Gerben is what made the freshman installment land with audiences. We're excited to see this continue into season 2, but its also a relief to see that Tires is putting so much effort into introducing some great guest stars to the comedy's existing dynic. The more we learn about their respective roles, the more exciting the prospect of binging Tires season 2 becomes.
