I think that if Jason was more Aware of what's going on with the crew Wihan would have been fired by now. He is lazy, defensive, NOt a team player by any means, cannot plan to save his life. Jason needs to wake up to the fact that Wihan needs to go - not to forget his womanising - Gary King 2.0

You obviously think that everything that happens on board is shown to viewers, newsflash it's not. The person involved is a makeup artist - not a crew member PLUS consent is a strong word for some of the interactions Gary had with JUNIOR crew. He as bosun is in a position of authority and constantly hitting on juniors is not acceptable in any industry. He is a predator and needs to go. Daisy has become weak and unlikeable, Glenn IS weak and unlikeable and has zero backbone because he lets his crew walk all over him not to mention lie to him. This article is SPOT ON. Gary does not manage the stews or the chef. The chef falls under the chief stew (who manages the whole interior) though mostly they just get on with it and do their job. Cloyce forgot that he was there to work and thought he deserved to have playtime with the guests which is a typical GenZ attitude. He is a great chef when he puts his mind to it and focuses on the job though, particular given his age. Gary's womanising and drinking is out of hand and he clearly cannot stick to promises to do better. The best thing that can happen is for him to be fired by Bravo. It's doubtful that any yacht owner would appoint him as captain if they watched the show and saw what a train wreck Gary is. Glenn is far too lenient as well. He should have stuck to the original threat to deny them their share of the tip - besides drinking way more than the stipulated 2 drinks Gary was obviously inebriated and a danger to everyone if there had been an emergency. Not acceptable. He is putting people off watching the show.

Meri and her mates need to get over this now. It's done no need to constantly rake over the coals - find a new hobby or interest or a new man but this continually whinging about Kody is beyond boring.
