Xbox Wire has confirmed that Assassin's Creed Origins and For Honor: Marching Fire Edition will Xbox Game in early June. The arrival of AC Origins and For Honor on Game  was previously teased on the service's "Coming Soon" page a little over a week ago, though Microsoft itself hadn't made an official announcement. Five years after releasing For Honor, Ubisoft has finally announced plans to unleash cross-platform play across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Crossplay functionality for the online melee action title has been a long time coming, especially since many were hoping such a feature would arrive soon after For Honor's new-gen upgrades for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S arrived.

Shovel Knighthas ed the conflict in Ubisoft's third-person action/fighting game hybrid, For Honor. The wildly-popular indie game hero has made plenty of guest appearances over the years since his smash-hit debut in June of 2014, and his arrival in For Honor shows that there is nowhere that Shovel Knight cannot dole out justice.

Released back in February of 2017, For Honor has been a great game for players to experience throughout the years, and has only improved with Ubisoft's content updates. Year 4 Season 3 started last month, which means seasons are still going on within For Honor. It's a completely unique game that takes the fighting game genre back in time to medieval times, where knights, vikings, and samurai are all clashing for victory. Additionally, For Honor takes place in a three-dimensional space, shying away from the traditional two-dimensional gameplay.

For Honor will be making its way to next-gen consoles and profile progress will be shared between generations. The third-person action game has kept a relatively loyal fan base in the past few years. Content updates have slowed down in recent years, with For Honor currently releasing two heroes a year and far less unique content than it was at the beginning. That doesn't mean development has halted beyond the new heroes, though. Combat continues to be tweaked in new patches, and in-game events are held to bring players back.

The Prince of Persia will make his triumphant return, but not in his own video game: instead, the character will appear in the online action combat game For Honor. The character first appeared in the 1989 platform Prince of Persia game for the Apple II, but it was eventually ported to PC and consoles such as the Atari ST and the Nintendo Super NES.

Ubisoft's For Honor is getting huge changes with Year 4 that include a new Battle , character customization options, and additional characters. For Honor has changed the way that the game operates with every new year in order to give fans a reason to keep playing by adding characters, maps, or even fun events for players to engage in. Each year is split into several seasons that each update the game in considerable ways.

As PlayStation fans are all too aware, the month of February brings with it a batch of new games arriving for free through the system's PlayStation Plus service. ittedly, not every month is filled with must-have games for players to enjoy, but the price is right for those that are eager to build up their library. With that said, February 2019's PlayStation Plus lineup is filled to bursting with awesome titles for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita owners.

Update: Ubisoft announced today that For Honor players will enter the world of Assassin’s Creed with their first crossover event – For The Creed, running from today, December 20 to January 10 on all platforms. This three-week in-game event will fully transform the For Honor experience using the power of the Animus as players relive the lives of fearsome Knight, Viking, Samurai or Wu Lin Heroes.

Xbox Live Gold are used to getting a few free monthly games with their paid subscription, and for August 2018, Xbox fans will get their hands on a big name Xbox exclusive, a multiplayer favorite, and two last-gen cult classics which didn't get enough love back in the day.
