Captain Glenn Shephard its Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 Cast "Stepped Out Of Line" After Gary King's Bad Behavior

Some cast will face Captain Glenn Shephard's wrath during Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5, but will one of them be Gary King?

All eyes were on Diana during Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5.She continued to bring drama to the Parsifal III, and skepticism grew about the authenticity of her placement. Diana could be a charter yacht stew with an interesting background, but it is looking more likely that she was a producer plant.

Diana Quickly Took Sides With Danni Over Daisy

Was Diana Stirring The Pot?

Another indicator that Diana could have been a producer plant is she immediately took Danni's side over Daisy's towards the end of the season. All season long, Diana was on Daisy's side; even in her confessionals, she always agreed with Daisy during her feud with Danni. However, she made a complete 180 after a conversation with Danni that surprisingly persuaded her. What could have happened if Diana was a producer plant is producers told her that in order to make the end of the season more interesting, she had to flip sides.

This makes sense, as Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 wasn't their best season. Producers probably wanted more drama, and what better drama than the two junior stews turning on their chief stew. It did make for a better end to an otherwise flop season; however, it didn't make Diana look great. This made her look like she was stirring the pot. Diana taking Danni's side creates even more palpable between Daisy and the stews.

While no one will ever know if Diana was a producer plant, she did add some much-needed commentary to the show. Diana provided an outside look into Danni and Daisy's view and her thoughts on the matter. Even though Diana was a bit of a flip-flopper, she was an interesting addition to Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5.
